Renovation of an office development in Clinton Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,240-square-foot, one-story above grade office development.
Sealed bids are requested for District Office HVAC Upgrades for the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, including all work incidental to the project, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications as prepared by the district's architect. Project drawings, specifications, and bidding documents are available for examination at the office of Parette Somjen Architects, L.L.C., 439 Route 46 East, Rockaway, NJ, or electronically by email request. Access to electronic documents is granted upon request to the architect. Bidding documents are not mailed, emailed, or available for pickup or inspection; they can only be downloaded from a secure FTP website with access provided after request. ORK IDENTIFIED IN CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Scope of Work for the Project is determined by the complete construction documentation, including all addenda thereto issued during the bid cycle, and the full Scope of Work is not limited by the brief summary of the Work provided here or in the Division 01 Summary of Work section, and including any Summary of Site Work section for projects involving exterior site improvements. Such “summaries” are issued to provide Bidders with a basic understanding of the general intent of the Project, and as such, the summaries are not exhaustive, all-inclusive listings of project scope. Absence of any specific detail in an offered summary does not remove such element from the Scope of Work presented by the complete document set. A. The Scope of Work includes the following: 1. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, replacement of existing furnace system and installation of new VRF ceiling cassette system. Bidders shall direct questions in writing to Daniel Vivanco at the office of Parette Somjen Architects L.L.C. by mail, by facsimile at 973.586.2401, or by email at dvivanco@planetpsa.com by the time set forth in subparagraph c below. B. Verbal answers will not be given, and if encountered, are not binding on any party. Written questions and answers will be part of the project record. C.
