Sealed bids are requested for District Office HVAC Upgrades for the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, including all work incidental to the project, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications as prepared by the district's architect. Project drawings, specifications, and bidding documents are available for examination at the office of Parette Somjen Architects, L.L.C., 439 Route 46 East, Rockaway, NJ, or electronically by email request. Access to electronic documents is granted upon request to the architect. Bidding documents are not mailed, emailed, or available for pickup or inspection; they can only be downloaded from a secure FTP website with access provided after request. Such “summaries” are issued to provide Bidders with a basic understanding of the general intent of the Project, and as such, the summaries are not exhaustive, all-inclusive listings of project scope.
