McCarthy Building Companies & Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTWRD) are seeking interested suppliers and subcontractors to perform specified scopes of work for Phase 2 of the Tom Harpool Regional WTP Expansion Project. The bid package is for Long Lead Process Valve Procurement. Suppliers and subcontractors are instructed to submit bid proposals electronically on designated forms, and also deliver two sealed proposals with wet signatures by mail, addressed as specified. The contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board and is subject to US Iron & Steel Requirements. McCarthy and UTRWD reserve the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive formalities.
