All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Replacement of kitchen appliances and electrical service throughout the development. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. The project consists of replacement of kitchen appliances and electrical service throughout the development at Morton Circle (667-1) in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Bids are invited for kitchen modernization work as specified in the prepared documents. Bids are to be submitted online, and general bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in Electrical, submitting a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. A bid deposit of not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount is required. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) for at least 13% combined participation. The workforce participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. Bid documents are available for review and download electronically at no cost.
