WORK LOCATION: Jean-Moreau School 2334 St Joseph Street, Sainte-Sophie, Quebec J5J 1M9 WORK COMPLETION DEADLINE: 2 February 2026 to September 2026 (refer to the tender document schedule for details by sector). The tenderer must accompany its Tender with a tender bond equivalent to ten per cent (10%) of the total price proposed in its Tender. This tender bond must be provided in one of the following forms: - a bond issued in favor of the Centre de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.13 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the bid bond template reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form; - an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the Centre de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.13 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced in Appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form. - A certified cheque, postal order or bank draft made payable to the Centre de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord.
