A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Work includes the following major items: Expansion of the existing 15-MGD water treatment plant (with 20-mgd headworks) on Riedel Road, Crofton Meadows, Maryland to 20-MGD nominal capacity. The work includes, but is not limited to, constructing new aerators, flocculation basins, sedimentation basins, filters, thickener, clear well, high lift pumping station upgrade, backwash holding tank, backwash surge tank upgrades, generators, chemical systems upgrade, yard piping, dewatering, grading, site work, paving and landscaping. Furnish and install all equipment, materials, labor, structures, site work, piping, test pits, testing, accessories, appurtenances and all other required work. Contract duration is 788 calendar days and NTP is expected May 2026.
