Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, during the term of the Contract, all labor and materials necessary and required to service, maintain, repair, install components of and/or upgrade the fire alarm systems at various facilities throughout the boroughs of Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island within the City of New York. Questions Due date 10/29/2025 Bid Security: 2% of the Bid amount with Certified Check or Bank Check made payable to DCAS. Bid Bond: 10% of the bid amount Performance(100%), and Payment(100%) If M/WBE participation goals are established for the Contract, 30% MWBE Goal The Contractor shall substantially complete the Work in the 1460 consecutive calendar days
