Reference number: 20117672 The purpose of the contract is to temporarily dismantle the interior and exterior metal sheets at the junction of the wall and roof of the compressor room in order to locate areas where there is a lack of insulation. In addition, the bottom of the main building, where it meets the foundation wall, will need to be addressed in order to prevent water infiltration. The edges of all openings must be sealed, as the current sealant has exceeded its useful life. The seals on all ducts passing through the arena envelope will also need to be replaced.
