Without being limited to the following, the planned work includes: Complete demolition of approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of fiber cement exterior cladding on the administrative center; Preparation of the surface to receive the new cladding; Supply and installation of new metal cladding in accordance with the specifications in the tender documents Complete final cleaning of the site and restoration of the premises
