Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; and parking garage.
Plans call for building a terminal headhouse in the footprint of Garage A with split level frontages, widening the existing concourse by 50 feet, replacing the cargo facility with a new parking garage – Garage D, deploying remote economy parking, building a consolidated rental car facility, increasing capacity for the Central Utility Plant. Other plans include building a bridge between the Concourse and the airfield, creating a Security Identification Display Area, establishing new passenger screening spaces, creating a two-lane curb with three-lane bypass, creating a commercial vehicle drop off point with a two-lane bypass, building an inbound/outbound baggage handling system, and establishing a baggage claim area. As of February 11, 2026, the Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) has officially finalized its 2025 Master Plan. The project is currently in planning stage. A professional design service solicitation has not been established. The program design phase is slated to begin in 2026. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027. However, the firm timeline has not been released.
