Supply and install flagpoles at various Town of Oyster Bay locations as specified in the bid proposal SO 093-26. Sealed bid proposals will be received at the Division of Purchase and Supply, Department of General Services, Town of Oyster Bay, and must be stamped in no later than 11:00 A.M. on December 3, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town Hall East Building, Hearing Room, and the contract will be awarded thereafter. Bid documents may be requested through the town's official website. Contractor must be able to supply and install Vertical Wall Mounted Flagpoles, Outrigger Wall Mounted Flagpoles and In-Ground Flagpoles according to manufacturer's specifications. Flagpoles must be provided as specified with accessories and anchoring devices as required for a complete and proper installation Quality Assurance: Each pole must be provided as a complete unite produced by a single manufacturer including fittings, accessories, bases and anchorage devices Flagpole construction and installation must be able to withstand 99 mph wind velocity minimum when flying a maximum 5' x 8' nylon flag. Use heavy pipe size if required for flagpole type and height shown to provide minimal deflection of the pole. Construct pole and ship to site in one piece, if possible. If more than one piece is necessary, provide snug fitting, precision joints with self-aligning internal splicing sleeve arrangement for weather-tight, hairline field joints.
