Infrastructure and Improvements for Laguna Cove Nature Park This project will construct public access improvements on City-owned property near the western terminus of West Beach Blvd., along the south shore of Little Lagoon. The principal items of work include: Access roadway, parking, sidewalks, boardwalks, trails, bathrooms, pavilion structures, kayak launch, swim platform, site utilities, furnishings, lighting, and landscaping.
