Cushing Sports Complex Trail Question Deadline 11/26/2025 Bidders in doubt as to true meaning of any part of the Specifications, or other contract and Bidding Documents, may submit to: CLS & Associates, Landscape Architects 825 N Broadway Ave, Suite 315 OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA 73102 (405) 525-2220 Errors, inconsistencies or omissions discovered in the Contract Documents, which are reported to the Landscape Architect seven (7) days prior to bid date A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bids shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. City of Cushing reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
