Reference Number 0000306848 Question Acceptance Deadline November 27, 2025 02:00 PM EST Scope of services and project description Overview: The applicant must incur and bear all costs necessary for the various phases of the project and subcontract all required specialists to upgrade the existing EST3 fire alarm panel to an EST4 panel. The replacement of the CPU, internal boards, and annunciation panel has already been completed by the operations team through the service provider Troy. All other components will need to be upgraded as part of the project. The proposer's mandate includes, but is not limited to, the services and requirements of the following annexes: D.2 Project implementation guidelines for the council D.3 Requirements Document D.4 List of services D.5 Scope of the consultant's commissioning work D.6 Latest CAN/ULC report S537 D.7 Fire protection plans Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
