The Work included under this Project consists of the replacement of existing exterior doors, thresholds, and door hardware with new, in-kind doors, thresholds, and door hardware. Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a single prime contractor in accordance with Pennsylvania statute. The Prime Contractor shall be the General Contractor.
