Steam humidifier repair services are required for the replacement of the humidifier steam cylinder and cleaning of the humidifier unit. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the repair services in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Work includes inspecting the unit, replacing the steam cylinder, cleaning the unit, testing for proper operation, and ensuring the system is functioning efficiently after repairs. Questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be emailed to leonard.robinson@va.gov by November 05, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST. Questions will be answered via an amendment to this solicitation on or about November 11, 2025. No telephone inquiries will be considered. Period of Acceptance of Quotes. The Quoter agrees to hold prices for a period of one-hundred-fifty (150) calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offers.
