Question Cuttoff Date & Time 12/8/2025 03:00:00 PM (ET) This project's work consists of the replacement of the Oak Hills Lift Station, associated sanitary sewer extensions, and force main replacement. Prior to disturbing existing vegetation, any necessary temporary security fencing and the appropriate erosion protection measures, such as silt fence, inlet protection, and construction entrance(s), shall be installed. Site Conditions: 1. This project is located in the Ponca neighborhood in northeast Omaha and is contained along North 30th Avenue, Sleepy Hollow Lane, North 29th Avenue, and North 29th Court. It consists of the construction of a new lift station along the dead-end of Sleepy Hollow Lane and new force main along North 29th Avenue. The existing Oak Hills lift station will be removed above ground, and the underground portion will be abandoned. Existing associated force main along North 30th Avenue will be plugged and abandoned.
