Renovation of a parking garage in Morristown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade parking garage.
Repair and Preventive Maintenance (Phase 2 - 2026) of the Morristown Parking Authority - Ann-Bank/Schuyler Parking Garages Project mainly involves tasks such as concrete slab repairs; overhead and vertical concrete repairs; precast concrete tee joint caulking replacements; sealing of cracks and joints; cove joint repairs; expansion joint repairs; installation of waterproofing membrane and wearing course; and other miscellaneous repairs. Only those Contractors who have demonstrated past experience on parking garage rehabilitation projects in the last five years shall be considered a qualified bidder for this Project. A minimum of five (5) references is required to be considered a qualified bidder. Bidders shall submit a Bid bond for an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) with the submission of the Bid. Question Deadline 12/17/2025 at 11:00 AM ET: In the event that a Bidder may have any questions regarding this Bid or the Work, all such questions should be submitted in writing to: purchasing@mpanj.org. Such inquiries or notices shall be in writing and shall be received by the Engineer at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
