The Work Generally Consists of the Construction of Concrete Diversion Wall Downslope of Emergency Spillway, and Mortar Rock Faced Concrete Parapet Wall Along the Top of the Embankment. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond With Power of Attorney Attached or Cashier's Check of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid (Sum of All Bid Items) Made Payable to Wells Branch Mud. A Bid Which, in the Opinion of Owner's Staff, Deviates From the Contract Documents, and Which Has Not Been Clarified Through a Written Addendum Prior to Bid Submittal Deadline, Shall Be Considered an Exception to the Contract Documents and Grounds for the Bid to Be Rejected. This work is to be done in coordination with the ongoing operations and maintenance, conducted by Crossroads Utility Services, Wells Branch MUD Parks and Facilities, and TexaScapes, of Mills Pond and neighboring parkland facilities and trails.
