At the execution of the anticipated contract, the Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and labor and materials bond, and a payment bond equal to the full amount of the bid. Bids shall be submitted at the time and place indicated in the Notice to Bidders and shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope. The opaque envelope shall be marked on the outside with the project title and name and address of the bidder.
