Indian Creek & Ross Elementary HVAC Phase 2 Locations - Indian Creek Elementary (911 W 4th Street, Kuna, ID 83634) Ross Elementary (610 N School Avenue, Kuna, ID 83634 The scope of this project, located at the existing Indian Creek Elementary School, includes the replacement / upgrade of the HVAC and fire alarm systems as part of Phase 2. The scope of work shall include outdoor RTU replacements, indoor HVAC replacements, associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical all as required by, specified in, and shown on the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality or irregularity, and award a contract that is deemed in the best interest of the Owner. This is a Construction Management Project. Bids for separate work packages must be on the bid form enclosed in the bid documents and accompanied by a certified or cashier's check of an Idaho Bank, or bid bond, with Idaho State Licensed Surety Company as surety, in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid made payable to: Kuna School District. This security shall be forfeited by the low bidder in event of failure to sign the contract or furnish the required Payment and Performance Bond. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of (100%) of the Contract amount will be required within (10) days after receipt of a properly prepared agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. Costs for bonds shall be included in contractor's bid amount.
