A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** County Service Area 20 Joshua Tree - Community Center Door Replacement Project SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project that includes demolition and disposal of existing doors and concrete landing, roughing out frame opening to new door specifications, running electrical connections, furnishing and installing new automatic doors, reconstructing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant concrete landing, repairing finishes around the door and providing all labor and materials to complete all work as shown on the Bid Documents, including Project Exhibits.
