Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Matane, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a office development; for site work for a office development; and water / sewer project.

Modification of the building fire protection system (sprinkler and fire hydrant network) the way the city of Matane municipal water system can supply the building fire suppression system with sufficient flow and pressure. Currently, the system is supplied by an underground water reservoir. TIMELINE: Contract for engineering services to complete design and monitor construction work has been awarded following request for proposals # GOC6475190-C. Reference Number: 0000307015. The mandate is to prepare a Class D study and cost estimate. This will be followed by the preparation of plans and specifications, the tendering process, construction supervision, and project closeout. Delivery Date: June 29, 2027.
