Reference Number 0000307009 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/11/26 02:00:00 PM CST The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Proposal for the following: To provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system (HVAC) maintenance for the WCB's office facilities located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which will include, but not be limited to, system checks, testing, and repair on enthalpy recovery ventilation systems, condensing boilers, humidifiers, fluid coolers, water source heat pump, and exhaust systems. Description of Services The WCB requires the Contractor to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system (HVAC) maintenance for the WCB's office facilities located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which may include, but not be limited to, system checks, testing, and repair on enthalpy recovery ventilation systems, water source heat pump systems and exhaust systems. No minimum service volume will be committed to any particular Contractor and the WCB reserves the right to use multiple Contractors for delivery of the Service, as determined necessary in the unfettered discretion of the WCB. The Services shall normally be performed during Business Hours. However, the WCB may request some of the Services to be performed outside Business Hours to ensure uninterrupted facility operations, as determined necessary in the unfettered discretion of the WCB. The Contractor shall not be entitled to charge overtime for such Services unless specified in the Fee Schedule. The WCB requires the Contractor to deploy quality and seasoned resources to provide the Services. The WCB shall reserve the right to terminate the Agreement if the respective Contractor proposes inadequately qualified resources in providing the Services, or such other reasons in the opinion of the WCB, acting reasonably. It is expected the Services will be required for an initial period of 5 years with a preferred start date of December 15th, 2025. The Services shall be requested by the WCB on an "as needed" basis. The Services will be structured with an Agreement that will be updated as the Services progress via subsequent Statement of Work (Collectively the "SOWs") and the WCB makes no representation to guarantee any minimum amount of work will be assigned to the Contractor via the SOWs.
