Sealed Bids for the construction of the "2025 ROGERS COUNTY S. 4120 - FISHER ROAD REHABILITATION PROJECT" BID #2026-22 consisting of approximately 1,030 LF of Processing Existing Base & Surface and 1,030 LF of Asphalt Pavement with associated appurtenances located in Sections 1 & 2, T-20-N, R-15-E, IB&M, Rogers County, Oklahoma will be received Question Deadline 12/08/2025 Bidders desiring further information or interpretation of the Plans and Specifications must make requests for such information to the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date. Small businesses and minority owned businesses are encouraged to bid on this project. The Rogers County Board of County Commissioners, Oklahoma is an equal opportunity organization. The Owner has allotted 30 calendar days for the base project and 60 calendar days for the alternate project. Provisions have been taken into account and are included within the allotted 30 calendar days for the annual standard weather conditions. The contractor acknowledges that Liquidated damages of $1,000.00 dollars per calendar day will be accessed after the allotted time period. A bid bond payable to the Owner must accompany each bid for five percent of the total amount of the bid. A performance bond and a payment bond (aka statutory bond) along with a maintenance bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price and each with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. Bidders shall be licensed to do business in the State of Oklahoma.
