Work consists in general of the rebuilding of one brick chimney using salvaged and new brick and the installation of a new stainless steel chimney cap to match adjacent caps. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. REBUILDING OF CHIMNEY C, TO INCLUDE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF EXISTING CHIMNEY DOWN TO ROOF LEVEL AND SALVAGING ALL SOUND FACE BRICK FOR REUSE. REBUILD CHIMNEY TO EXISTING DIMENSIONS TO THE TOP OF THE EXISTING BRICK CORBEL, USING SALVAGED AND NEW BRICK. REPLACE ALL ASSOCIATED CHIMNEY FLASHINGS.
