Site work and new construction of a civil project in Granby, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Contract 1: Construction of approximately 71,000 lineal feet of renewal water lines in various locations of the Granby water distribution system. The lines will generally consist of PVC Class 200 pipes ranging in size from 8-inch down to 2-inch pipe along with all necessary fittings, valves, and fire and flush hydrants and all final cleanup and site restoration. Work will also include the renewal of up to approximately 600 associated service line connections and up to approximately 300 associated new water meter sets. Work will also include the installation of a standby electrical generator set at the location of the existing system Well #2. Contract 2: Construction of a new 200,000-gallon elevated spheroid welded steel water storage tank with an overflow height of approximately 99 feet. The tower will be installed on the site of the existing Well #2. Work to include all necessary foundations, steel fabrication and erection, painting, and final disinfection of the new tank.
