RFIs must be submitted to stccbidclerk@stcc.edu by: Wednesday, November 19, 2025 by 12 noon. Work to be completed by: December 30, 2025 A 50% Payment Bond will be required if the contract is greater than $25,000. Include permitting and prevailing wages. Bring the Bldg 8 Lightning Protection system up to the code requirements to meet UL96A. Refer to Attachment A for General Notes and Scope of Work Bring the Building 8 Lightning Protection system up to the code requirements to meet UL96A. Reconnect the lightning protection roof system in all locations where currently detached. Reconnect and resecure all downleads including the chimney lead. Install all protection required at the gutter line stack. Check all utility bonds at the basement to ensure proper connections. Certification to be included upon completion
