Renovation of a transportation facility in Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade transportation facility.
Sealed bids are being solicited for the Make Up Air Unit Replacement in the Fayette Area Coordinated Transportation (FACT) Bus Storage Facility at 825 Airport Road, Lemont Furnace, PA. Bidders must submit one original and five copies of their bid, sealed and clearly marked. Interested parties can obtain Bid Documents by contacting the Executive Director of FACT and are expected to thoroughly review all provided information. A mandatory pre-bid onsite meeting is required. Bids may be rejected in whole or in part, and contract award is contingent upon funding and acceptance of terms and conditions. FACT reserves the right to modify, delete, or approve any task or subcontractor within the scope of services at any time during the contract. Bidders are responsible for all expenses incurred in bid preparation. Question Deadline 11/21/2025 at 4:00 PM ET
