The scope of work in this RFPc is outcome oriented. The Proponent is required to achieve the below listed outcomes: a. The Proponent shall remove all cast iron sanitary piping only in the basement and parking garage of 920 Ouellette and replace with new XFR PVC piping b. The Proponent shall complete all necessary fire stopping to complete the scope of work c.
