Site work for a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work in this RFPc is outcome oriented. The Proponent is required to achieve the below listed outcomes: The Proponent shall remove all cast iron sanitary and storm piping in the basement and parking garage of 920 Ouellette and replace with new XFR PVC piping The Proponent shall complete all necessary fire stopping to complete the scope of work The Proponent shall take over the Owner obtained permit for the work and shall complete all work and schedule all necessary inspections to close the permit.
