N. American Roof Management Services Ltd. will be prime on this job. Roofing Contractors are to submit the complete bid and are responsible for obtaining pricing from Trades listed within this tender document. Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions as a result of the site visit will be posted as an Addendum. Award of this tender will be dependent on Board approval which will be December 16 2025. Construction on this project will start as soon as possible depending on weather and is required to be finished on or before August 28 2026.
