Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lubbock, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a 210,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

As of March 4, 2026, an architect and construction manager has been selected for the project. Construction is estimated to take place in september of 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Reference the Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Article 2 Project Information, Project Scope. The RFQ is attached below and located in the Trimble Unity Construct Bid Portal referenced below. Responses can be uploaded through the Trimble Unity Construct Bid Portal until 2:00 PM, CT, Friday, December 5, 2025. Upload access will be denied after the submission deadline. Please click the link below to access the Trimble Unity Construct Bid Portal where the RFQ Bidding Document is located. *For access/document upload guidelines, refer to the “Instructions on Creating a Bid Package Response—TRIMBLE” document attached below and located in the Trimble Unity Construct Bid Portal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any or all formalities.
