Contractor will provide full-service maintenance for the APC Symmetra PX 40.0 KVA system (serial number PD0719260334). Services include a response time of 4, 8, or 12 hours based on the contract level, unlimited service calls as determined by the contract level, free 24-hour technical support, and 24x7 contracted service coverage including holidays. Regular preventive maintenance visits will be conducted for the UPS and battery systems. Under the terms of this full-service agreement, the contractor will ensure continuous effort service response within the contracted term, provide free parts, and cover all travel and labor costs. Costs for repairs necessary to restore the equipment to factory specifications are billable. Battery replacement, including associated labor and travel, is not included in this agreement. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
