Bureau County - BPART is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural and Engineering services for a new transit Bus Wash Facility to be located next to 120 East Front Street in Wyanet, Illinois. Submittals of professional qualifications must be received by the stated deadline at the Bureau County Administration - BPART office in Princeton, Illinois. Any proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the proposer. This solicitation does not commit Bureau County to award, or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the RFQ, or to contract for services. The award contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement between Bureau County - BPART and IDOT. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations. Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate. Bureau County - BPART shall not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex or disability in the participation or performance of any resulting contract or agreement. Bureau County - BPART reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all RFQs received as the result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety the Request if it becomes in the best interest of Bureau County - BPART to do so.
