Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The major work will consist of the following paving, sidewalk, curb ramp, signing, and striping improvements for railroad crossing safety improvements. Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City (water and sewer items only) at the time of bid opening. The Contractor does not need to be prequalified with TxDOT. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in Section 3 of 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Procurement Portal prior to the posted deadline. Failure to submit all completed required information listed in the respective Solicitation will be grounds for rejection of a bid as non-responsive. No late bids/proposals shall be accepted. Bids delivered in any other manner than using the Bonfire Platform will not be accepted or considered. Bidders are encouraged to fully review each page of every document within their submission prior to submitting to ensure all documents are clear, legible, and complete. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest responsive bid by a responsible bidder.
