Site work, paving and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Winamac, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Pulaski County will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Multi-Bridge Rehabilitation Project. Only proposals from contractors who are registered on the Indiana Department of Transportation's current listing of prequalified contractors for specific bridge and asphalt pavement item codes will be considered. The work to be performed includes all general construction, labor, material, tools, equipment, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, and service costs incidental to and required for the project, furnished and performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided. Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the project title, bid opening date, and bidder's information, and must be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable Bidder's Bond payable to Pulaski County for not less than ten percent of the total bid amount. Form 96, as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts, must be completed and submitted. The successful contractor must provide a performance bond for 100% of the contract price within ten days of award and a two-year maintenance bond for 20% of the contract price before final payment. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities or irregularities, delete any item or items, and award a contract to the proposal most advantageous to Pulaski County. The work to be performed and the proposals to be submitted shall include a bid for all general construction, labor, material, tools, equipment, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, service costs, etc. incidental to and required for this project. Question Deadline 11/24/2025 at 4:00 PM ET change from 12/01/2025 at 6:00 PM ET Submit all questions in writing to UNITED CONSULTING prior to 4:00 p.m. local time, November 24, 2025. A written response will be emailed to the addresses on the "Record of Plans Purchased" that isrequired to be filled out by anyone purchasing plans. No questions will be answered by telephone.
