Renovation of a municipal facility in Mexia, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Estimate: $150,000 - $200,000 Installation of a diesel generator at the City of Mexia City Hall, and all other appurtenances. No prebid meeting is scheduled for this project. Question Deadline 12/01/2025 Submit questions for this project 72-hours prior to bid opening through online. Calendar Days: 270 Liquidated Damages: $500 / day A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Mexia or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Mexia reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Mexia for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
