The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer and/or his designee. The work may consist of, but is not limited to: all construction related to the installation of a fiber optic system, CCTV at Avenue R at 60th Street East, and a new traffic signal on Avenue R and 70th Street East. Signals, signal controller cabinet, and service pedestal are to be provided by the Agency. Signal anchor bolts, nuts, washers and plate to be provided by Contractor. The duration of the project to complete all site improvements and installation shall be 129 working days. Scope includes but is not limited to the installation of fiber optic system, CCTV at Avenue R at 60th Street East and Avenue R at Rockie Lane, in-roadway warning lights at Avenue S and 58th Street East, and a new traffic signal on Avenue R and 70th Street East.
