Site work and addition to a playground / park / athletic field in Walnut, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Sealed or electronic bids are requested for the Town of Walnut, MS - Department of Parks & Recreation project titled 'Richardson Sportsplex & Outdoor Recreation Park Phase 2 – Ballfield Additions Improvements.' Bids must be submitted using the blank proposal forms provided with the specifications and must include Proposal Security in the form of a Certified Check or acceptable Bid Bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the base bid. This security will be forfeited as liquidated damages by any bidder who fails to comply with the contract terms, execute the contract, or post a Performance Bond in the required form and amount within the specified time. Bids must be received on or before the scheduled time for the project and cannot be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after bidding closes. Any bid exceeding $5,000.00 must include a certified check or bid bond, and bids over $50,000.00 require compliance with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985, including a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors. All bid bonds must be accompanied by the appropriate Power of Attorney designating the Mississippi Resident Agent. Bid documents are available solely through www.cardwellengrprojects.com, and partial sets will not be issued. All documents must be purchased, are non-refundable, and are available to registered plan holders only. Electronic bids are accepted exclusively through this website as well.
