Perform beach renourishment activities for the Sandbridge Beach Erosion and Hurricane Protection Project, including dredging operations using a hopper dredge at Sandbridge Shoal Borrow Site A and the Southern Borrow Site, and placement of dredged material along Sandbridge Beach. Work includes conducting pre-dredge and post-dredge hydrographic surveys of approximately 3,260 acres within Sandbridge Borrow Site A. Borrow site depths range from approximately -35 feet to -67 feet mean lower low water (MLLW). The project is intended to support ongoing hurricane protection and shoreline stabilization efforts through the restoration of beach fill material. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and associated services necessary to complete the dredging, survey, and beach placement operations. Construction completion is required within approximately 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location: Sandbridge Beach, Sandbridge Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23456. In accordance with DFARS 236.204 - Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
