Asphalt Repair and Maintenance Contract & Utility Markout Maintenance Contract for Plainview Water District. Deposits for one SET will be completely refunded to bidders who return the SET in good condition within ten (10) days after the date for receipt of bids. Bidders will receive one-half of the deposit amount for the SET returned after ten (10) days and on or before thirty (30) days following the bid date. None of the deposit will be refunded if the SET is returned more than thirty (30) days following the bid date. Deposits for plans and specifications will be completely refunded to non-bidders who return the original SET in good condition within 48 hours of receipt of SET. Non-bidders will receive one-half of the deposit amount for the SET returned in good condition within ten (10) days following the bid date. None of the deposit will be refunded to non-bidders if the SET is returned more than ten (10) days following the bid date. As a convenience to the Contractor, Digital Bidding Documents may be obtained from online as an online obtain for a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), paid by credit card. Please note REV and digital portal are the designated locations and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package information. All bidders are urged to register to ensure receipt of all necessary information, including bid addenda. All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available at online. Plan holders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use, and coordinate directly with REV for hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda. There are no certified check or bid bond requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Owner, is in the best interests of the Owner.
