The City is seeking qualified, reliable general contractor(s) to provide all materials and labor needed to build a single-family home according to specifications provided in this Request for Proposal. The timeframe for completion of this project is eight (8) months from the executed contract with the homeowner and the City of Tampa. If, during the course of the project, the Successful Proposer makes personnel changes, the City has the right of review, acceptance, and/or reject proposed substitute(s).
