Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Huber Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Project consists of +/- 9,864 SF renovation and +/- 1,478 SF additions to the existing city hall offices and council chambers building to create new offices for tax, finance and water departments. The new additions include mechanical and file storage space as well as a new public entry. The Project shall be completed in two phases with the building being partial occupied throughout construction. A certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and satisfactory Surety Company in the amount of 10% of the Bid made payable to The City of Huber Heights, shall accompany each bid. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 10% of the Contract. Substitution requests will be accepted until December 4, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Project related questions will be accepted until December 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM. The City of Huber Heights will award the Project to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; however, the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid received and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of the bidder. Any bid received after the above referenced time and date will be returned to the submitter unopened. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids in their best interest.
