As of January 7, 2025 the project has been awarded. The project consists of installing an approved Potable Water Tank Active Mixing System capable of completely mixing the 1,000,000 gallon Highway 47 Elevated Water Storage Tank and the 500,000 gallon Cherry Street Elevated Water Storage Tank. The mixing system is to include telemetry and SCADA control. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a lump sum price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Prevailing wage is not required for projects with a total cost of less than $75,000. Performance and payment bonds are not required. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commences in accordance with the Notice to Proceed, and completed and ready for final payment within 90 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required The mixing system is to include telemetry and SCADA control. The Highway 47 Tank is located along the intersection of Highway 47 and S. Moore School Road, on the west side of Troy, Missouri. The Cherry Street Tank is located on E. Cherry Street, east of Hwy 61 and Ease of Mercy Hospital. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: The installation of a tank mixing system in the 1,000,000 gallon Hwy 47 Elevated Tank and the installation of a tank mixing system in the 500,000 gallon Cherry Street Elevated Tank. The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: HWY 47 TANK AND CHERRY STREET TANK MIXING SYSTEMS To provide the Contractor a clear and uniform method of payment for items of work performed. B. The Contractor shall be paid in accordance with each item listed on the Bid Form which shall be measured by the Owner or his authorized representative with the assistance of the Contractor. C. Payment to the Contractor shall be made based on percentage of the work completed in accordance with the bid items or the schedule of values. D. All work essential to the proper completion of the work of each bid item shall be considered as incidental even if not specifically detailed or described. The Contractor shall not be entitled to extra compensation for such incidental items unless otherwise stated. E. Unless otherwise stated, the Contract Price shall include payment to the Contractor for furnishing all labor, equipment, mobilization, materials, tools, and incidentals necessary to fully complete the item
