Seward County School District 80-0567, commonly known as Centennial Public School (the "School District"), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a school facilities improvement project consisting of a gymnasium addition, kitchen renovation, and classroom renovation, among other project components. The project location is Centennial Public School, 1301 Centennial Ave., Utica, NE 68456. The project will begin upon the contract award with access to the project site beginning the week of January 5, 2026. The existing kitchen and cafeteria must stay operational through May 21, 2026. The new kitchen and cafeteria must be operational by August 1, 2026. All bidders are required to submit their proposed date of substantial completion for the entire project, which must be no later than August 1, 2027.
