Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rushville, Nebraska. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade, three-room transportation facility; and one-story above grade transportation facility.

The work may include airfield development projects anticipated to occur within the next five Federal fiscal years at Modisett Airport near Rushville, Nebraska. These projects, subject to receipt of Federal and/or State funding, are prioritized as follows: remove and replace runway lighting, taxiway lighting, and PAPIs; construct a 3-bay box hangar; construct a partial parallel taxiway to Runway 32; and construct a partial parallel taxiway to Runway 14. Services to be provided may include, but are not limited to, preliminary design, final design, bidding, construction observation, and incidental special services such as geotechnical/subsurface investigations and topographic surveying. Consultants are required to provide Statements of Qualifications that do not exceed twenty-eight pages of material, excluding specified items. Five hard copies and a PDF submission by email are required. Submittals must be concise and follow specified formatting and delivery instructions. The consultant selection will be based on a qualifications-based process and rated according to criteria including capability, relevant experience, FAA knowledge, recent comparable experience, history of meeting schedules and budgets, and understanding of project challenges and sponsor concerns. Fee information is not to be submitted and will be negotiated as projects arise. Statements received after the deadline will not be considered, and the sponsor reserves the right to reject any or all statements.
