Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ullin, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of the replacement of the existing dugouts and other improvements to the Baseball Field facilities. This includes selective and structural demolition, site and structural concrete, masonry walls, structural steel, wood framing, architectural metal roofing and drainage, hollow metal doors and frames, painting, baseball equipment, baseball backstop netting system, sitework, chain link fence and gates, warning track, and utility and electrical work as part of the project scope. Bids must be prepared in compliance with provided instructions and delivered in sealed opaque envelopes, clearly marked with the project title and bidder's name and address. Facsimile and electronic bids will not be accepted. A. This section covers the pre-finished, pre-fabricated Architectural standing seam roof system. All metal trim, accessories, fasteners, insulation and sealants indicated on the drawings as part of this section. B. Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including general and Supplementary Conditions and Division 01 Specifications, apply to this section.
