Acting as the Construction Manager at Risk Forthe New Enzi Applied Learning Center Located Onthe Campus of Gillette Community College Ingillette, Wy. Sampson Construction Invites You Tosubmit Qualifications for Evaluation in Selecting Amechanical and Electrical Subcontractor to Join Theconstruction Team for This Project. This Project Iscurrently in the 50% CD Phase With Final Documentsto Be Received by the End of September 2026. Theproject is Currently Scheduled to Begin in Spring2027 and Finish in Spring 2029. The Selectedcompany Will Be Required to Providepre-construction Services Including a Guaranteedmaximum Price and Follow Through Withconstruction of the Project. Preconstruction Serviceswill Include, at a Minimum, Attendance at Weeklymeetings With the Owners, Engineers, Andarchitect; Consultation With the Cm Regardingsystems and Equipment, Recommendations Onconstruction Feasibility, Procurement of Long-leadequipment and Identifying Factors Related Toconstruction Cost. The Owner and Cmar Shall Havethe Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Which Are in Anyway Incomplete or Irregular, or Contain Any Otherinformality in Any Proposal.
