The Gillette Community College District is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for the Enzi Applied Learning Center located at 300 W. Sinclair Street in Gillette, WY. Proposals are to be submitted as a single PDF document via email to the contact provided. Do not ask questions or submit proposals on Public Purchase; follow the instructions in the Request for Qualifications document. Proposals submitted through Public Purchase will not be accepted. Project Description: Gillette Community College District (hereafter referred to as Owner) with the Board ofTrustees has engaged with MOA Architecture to design the new Enzi Applied Learning Center which will be located at the comers ofEnzi Drive, Sinclair Street and College Drive in Gillette, Wyoming. The new facility will include roughly 39,000 square feet oflaboratory classroom and applied learning fabrication spaces along with a commons and an office suite for the Gillette College Foundation. There is also a 7,000 square foot mechanical penthouse, a full crawlspace, and a receiving area and materials storage yard along with a new parking lot. It is anticipated that the total estimated construction cost ofthe entire Project will be approximately $38,000,000.
