Hopewell Township is requesting bids for construction work at Woodlawn and Sharon Grange Parks. The work includes demolition and removal of existing playground equipment, completion of earthwork, installation of a concrete slab and sidewalks, an asphalt pad and parking, aggregate subbase, stormwater controls, and site restoration at both parks in Hopewell Township, PA. Bids must be submitted online via PennBID. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% must be provided with the bid. All questions must be submitted via PennBID; telephone inquiries are unacceptable. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations and submit a non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Bidders are also required to utilize the Federal E-Verify system and submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies to this project.
