Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Frederick, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
The Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District (CVPRD) is seeking bids from qualified commercial architects to develop a design for a new maintenance building at the Carbon Valley Recreation Center. All Proposals must be sealed in a package clearly marked with the proposer's name and "CVPRD Recreation Center Maintenance Building Proposal." Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District reserves the right to reject any or all, or any part, to waive any formalities, and to award the proposal to the vendor deemed to be in the best interest of CVPRD.
