Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Nakusp, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,729-square-foot, two-story above grade, six-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Columbia Basin Trust invites qualified firms to submit a proposal to provide construction services required to complete six new units of rental housing and related amenity spaces located in the Village of Nakusp. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit submissions for construction services to complete the Project at the Site, with occupancy no later than February 2027. All Work will be performed in accordance with all laws, regulations, and the Project documents identified in Sections 5. and 6. below. Work will include but not be limited to: a. completing a residential building with six Units in one two-storey building that will comprise a total of approximately 3,729 sf gross floor area on a 10,000 sf serviced lot; b. installing a rooftop solar photovoltaic array system; c. incorporating energy efficient and accessible building design; d. paving and marking eleven parking stalls which include parking for each Unit, accessible parking, and visitor parking; and e. installing landscaping in the common amenity areas on the Site.
